Training Made Doable started as a dream two friends had in high school. Through years of fitness education, health food research, business development, and support from others like you. They turned their dream into a reality.
They main focus at Training Made Doable is to enrich every customer with knowledge of a healthy lifestyle and ways to achieve it at your own pace. While everyone else wants you to move and be like the hare. We see our customers like the tortoise. Take your time, work at your speed and you’ll win in the end.

As enthusiastic entrepreneurs passionate about fitness and personal training, we’re excited to introduce ourselves. Here’s a photo and a brief description of each of us:
Owner 1 (left): Alex “The Fitness Guru” Thompson
Alex is a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He’s a specialist in strength training and has worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Alex is also a competitive powerlifter and has won several local competitions.
Owner 2 (Right): Jake “The Sports Enthusiast” Martin
Jake is a sports enthusiast and fitness coach with a background in athletic training. He’s worked with several sports teams, including football, basketball, and soccer, and has helped athletes improve their performance and reduce injuries. Jake is also a certified running coach and has completed several marathons.
Together, we’re dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating environment for our gym members to reach their fitness goals. Our individual expertise and passions combine to create a unique and comprehensive fitness experience that sets our gym apart from the rest.
